For a while now I've been thinking about leading a trip to Israel. As a follower of Christ there are not very many trips that appeal to me more than a trip to the Holy Land to walk in the places that Jesus walked. We're finally looking to put a trip on the calendar. So, that's where you come in.

I am very excited to announce that our church has agreed to partner with the Missouri Baptist Convention to host the 121 Conference which will occur on August 28th & 29th. The conference is an effort to help understand how to take 1st century mission and theology and apply it in a 21st century context. We hope to tackle issues

This past Sunday I shared a message that I pray will be incredibly significant in the life of our church. I shared our new purpose statement as well as the strategy that we will use to accomplish our purpose. Today was a great day as we celebrated with our kids what God did this past week in VBS. It was a blast to have many of our VBS kids in worship with us this morning sharing some of what they learned.
