We just got back home from a great 3 days at the Missouri Baptist Convention held at 1st Baptist Church in Raytown, MO. The highlights of the week were plenty. I'm excited to take a few days vacation next month to head over to Jackson, TN with Tracy and attend "Southern Baptists, Evangelicals & the future of Denominationalism", a conference hosted by Union University. I mentioned this conference back in July, but wanted to elaborate on it a bit.

Yesterday Dr. Al Mohler, of Southern Seminary, delivered the President's address at the beginning of the new academic year.
