25 Things about you
I have resisted like the plague this sweeping hysteria of posting 25 things about you that seems to have overtaken Facebook . I have finally decided, however, that I might as well go ahead and cave in because enough of my friends tagged me to do it as well. I am doing it here on my blog, however, instead of ...more»
euangelion :: how should we communicate the gospel?
In my last post we asked the question, "What is the Gospel?" Although there was a bit of variation in our different opinions, it is obvious that we each have strongly held opinions that the gospel is something more than we often see it currently expressed in our churches. Joe Kennedy made a great point when he repeated Scot McKnight's ...more»
euangelion :: what is the Gospel?
In an attempt to "redeem" this blog and blogging as an exercise, I'd like to begin a series of discussions concerning the gospel. Tonight I'd like to start with the question, "What is the gospel?" This past year was the lone exception as I joined a friend's league. ...more»
Indy part 3

Indy part 2
I promised that I wouldn't be live blogging, nor blogging much at the convention, and that has held true. This convention has proved to be the busiest yet for me. I have been swamped with meetings. There are a number of people I've wanted to spend time with but simply haven't been able to due to time constraints.  Nevertheless, I ...more»
Indy part 1
I am currently sitting in my hotel room relaxing after a long day here in Indy. Tracy and I made it here last night much quicker than we anticipated and thankfully missed all of the flooding that has covered Indiana just south of Indy. Today was a busy day, but an enjoyable one. I spent a good bit of this morning ...more»
